When You Thought I Wasn’t Looking
- When you thought I wasn’t looking, you signed my netball form, ticked helper and umpire and I learned to be nice and tick everything if it helps others.
- When you thought I was sleeping, you used half of your sleeping time to buy me lunch for school and I learned that you have to use your time for others.
- When you thought I wasn’t looking, you woke up early to make my lunch and put my uniform on the chair, fresh and clean and I learned that the little things count as the big things.
4. When you thought I wasn’t looking, you put money into a homeless person’s cup and I learnt that you have to treat everyone with respect.
5. When you thought I wasn’t listening, you stopped important meetings to take me to swimming and I learnt that sometimes you have to stop important things for others.
6. When you thought I wasn’t looking,I saw you eat the rest of my pizza, so as not to waste it, even though it had ham on it and you are a vegetarian and I learnt that you should try to be cheerful even if you are doing something you don’t like.
7. When you thought I wasn’t looking, I looked at you and wanted to say “Thanks for all the things I saw you do ……… when you thought I wasn’t looking”.
